1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. Players from states with explicit bans are not accepted.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits must come from payment methods registered in your name. Withdrawals are processed only to the same method used for deposit (where possible). Verification (KYC) may be required before first withdrawal. Standard processing time: 5 minutes – 24 hours for UPI/Paytm.
4. Bonus Terms
Welcome bonuses, cashback, and free bets are subject to wagering requirements listed in the specific promotion. Bonus abuse, hedging, or low-risk betting patterns will void bonuses and winnings. Maximum bet while bonus is active is limited (usually ₹500-₹1,000 per round).
5. Responsible Gaming
We promote responsible play. You can set deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, session reminders, or self-exclude at any time. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent.
6. Game Fairness

7. Termination & Account Closure
We reserve the right to close accounts and void winnings in cases of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of terms. Inactive accounts (12+ months) may be closed with balance refunded minus reasonable fees.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be addressed through customer support. If unresolved, disputes fall under the laws of Curaçao (licensing jurisdiction) with arbitration as final step.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. You will be notified by email or pop-up. Continued play after changes means acceptance.
